After placing the order to purchase a Workbench Table, I requested possible delivery between two dates. I was advised that orders are shipped within 24 hours and actual delivery generally ranges 3-7 days. The order did arrive in 3 days (2-3 days earlier than what I wanted), which caused me to divert my schedule, including driving an additional 175 miles to ensure the box wouldn't be stolen. I have no issues with the seller and the Workbench Table is of good quality.
Unfortunately this tree was too big for the area I needed it for so I contacted the seller and they were very gracious. They kept in contact with me and gave me a total refund for returning the tree to them. Great communication, fast shipping and a seller I would definitely buy from again. A 5 star seller! Seller stated in description that a resin floor was included with this shed. Also, seller confirmed in a message to me when I asked them if the floor was included and they said Yes. Shed was delivered with no inside floor. Seller later confirmed that the resin floor was Not included and issued me a partial refund. Future buyers be aware of item descriptions and ask questions.
