The lamps are gorgeous! However, I am frustrated with a situation. I reached into the box to get a shade, sliced my hand open, and had to go to urgent care to get stitches. I shared this information with the company. I was told "sorry for the inconvenience", and was told to send a pic of the broken glass before they would do anything. I told them that I'm not going to keep broken glass around and threw it away. I was told that they would send me another shade and gave no apology for the cut
