I can't really give them bad feedback they did reimburse me but! they delayed shipping told me there was a problem with shipping and instead of re sending it they reimbursed me and relisted it for 20 dollars more. they also said I received it 0n feb 7 i did not I feel they are not very honest watch out.
Ordered the wrong size and the seller didn't want to take the frame back. They wanted me to pay $18 to return it or keep it with a 5% refund. When I denied that option, they offered a 15% refund. I decided to keep the frame and take the 15%. I got a $4 refund and a bedframe that I have no use for.
