Purchased on 1/28 and didn’t receive the item until 26 days later. The seller reused an old mailer from previous seller but never removed or covered the previous shipping label, causing the package to be misrouted. I had to file a complaint to finally uncover this mistake. Extremely frustrating experience—would not recommend.
It arrived! I love it. Seller communicated clearly, shipped and packaging were great. More than fair value for cost charged. It is exactly as described & will work great for my intended use. Love this hat company; own several and was glad to see I could get this one even though they’re no longer in business.
