sold as "Open box" “The item in this listing is an Open Box (packaging maybe slightly distressed)". The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.
This item had a lot more scratches and dents, and was way more used than was posted on the listing, but when I reached out to the seller about getting a partial refund or just simply sending them back for a full refund, they sent me a full refund immediately and told me not to even worry about shipping the item back. They have been great with communication, fast shipping and working with an item I wasn’t happy with. Thank you all so much for a great experience. I definitely recommend them
