Unit arrived in a timely manner and was as described. This item was an open box item so it was less expensive than brand new in the OEM box. additionally it was not in its original packaging which was not an issue because it was professionally packed. 2 complaints I do have: 1) One set of batteries was dead and would not operate the camera. 2) The wrong usb for charging was provided. The Camera requires a USB-C and a USB-A was provided with not wall outlet adapter. All good, Camera works fine.
