The Braun 3107 Replacement Filter Basket arrived in excellent condition and showed up earlier than anticipated. The filter basket was pictured with a replacement reusable filter that I was not expecting and was pleasantly surprised when both items arrived together. Very happy with the process, the item was well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this seller and the quality of items that they offer. Great value compared to buying the item new on Amazon.

Ordered to replace a failed juicer motor. Item described as working, but did not work or light up at all after trying in several outlets, with and without juicer attachments. Seller says item was working when shipped, maybe it was? Money was refunded promptly (minus shipping) and without further hassle. Would probably trust this seller again, seems like a straight shooter.
