It's missing but I don't feel that's a big deal at all. I have one and don't even use it. This is a fairly heavy item so I'm just stating flat shipping rate at 35.00. I might be able to adjust shipping, if you live near my zone. There is lots of information online and on youtube showing how to operate this wonderful appliance.
