Packaging may be damaged. Returns will NOT be accepted if serial numbers do not match. Great communication when I asked a few detailed questions. The packaging was good, it survived a cross country trip with no issues. Item came damaged. A 2” strip asking the edge of the monitor was not working. Looks like maybe got crunched in shipping. Seller immediately refunded the purchase. Didn’t need to send back the monitor, it wasn’t working so I can see why.🙂
