The X-ACTO pencil sharpener is new in the box. The machine has received a favorable shoppers' rating for quality and my machine is in good working order. The price was fair, and the item was delivered to my home a few days ahead of when I expected. My only suggestion to the seller is that in the future he ensures that all sides of the shipping package are secured. The bottom of the box was not taped properly, and the pencil sharpener could have been damaged in shipping. Fortunately, it wasn't.
Item arrived well packed. Sneakers were in almost new condition and just as described. Quality was as expected for the name brand. Good price and fair shipping cost. Communication was good. Deducting 1 star since seller dropped off at post office quickly but did not make sure package was scanned and was before holiday so it wound up taking a week longer for me to get the item.
