  2. We received our package tried it. It didn’t work contacted seller. He said no problem. Send it back refund the money. We got busy forgot about it. My wife got it back out held the power button down for a longer time and it worked fine even when the seller thought it didn’t work, he was very polite and said to send it back not a problem. I would tell anyone to buy from the seller thank you. My wife’s very happy five stars all around
