This was shipped from Amazon Fulfillment Center in Kansas City, USPS even had an Amazon Prime ad in it's tracking. It was packed in an Amazon Prime box. eBay customer service said it seemed to be legit use of "Fulfillment By Amazon". It still looks like drop shipping to me. I know most people don't care but it should be marked on the eBay posting that it may come from Amazon. When I make the choice to avoid them, I shouldn't end up using them anyway. End of Rant.
The shipment was very fast. This is a good company. Although the wrong tea was received, the communication with Prolinics was fast and refunded quickly. I would have no problems doing business with them in the future.
Good quality piece, good description, packing and hand off to shipper a little slow, USPS got it wrong like they do half of the time. Overall happy but I need to lower expectations with online buying.
