The package arrived 2 weeks late.. At no fault of Springfield Speaker, it was a ups messup. My speaker surrounds got to the east coast, 3 miles away from my house, and then took an unexpected round trip to California, for some reason lol. They finally got to me today, with the box collapsed due to being thrown around so much. Thankfully, Springfield Speaker went the extra mile of securing the speaker surrounds to the box, so everything arrived totally fine! 10/10
QUALITY Foam surrounds for Altec 411-8As came with everything needed and great instructional information. Packing was excellent and avoided any distortion of the surrounds. Shipping was immediate--got the item in two days. Excellent seller. They provide some hard to find items at reasonable prices. Will buy again for sure. My 40 yr old drivers are now good as new. Could not be happier.
This was just what I needed to repair my speaker. When they were filling in my address the post office didn't like it exactly. They picked up the phone and called me to verify how I wanted it addressed. Haven't had anyone call me about any order before. They went out of their way to make sure I got my package ASAP. That's customer service.
