Very well packed to safeguard in shipping, very quick shipping from Fort Wayne, IN, United States to Ontario, Canada, delays with shipping are to be expected however this was fast until it got stopped by Canada-Post Strike. The guitar arrived in perfect condition and it was packed excellent. I bought it for my granddaughter but on the day I gave it to her, she asked if she could play an electric guitar instead.
