  1. The purchase went smoothly and the product was delivered in a reasonable period of time. When the ultrasonic transducer and the driver board were delivered the packaging was in good condition. Unfortunately, the driver board was damaged and did not work. I contacted the vendor and sent pictures of the damage. The vendor immediately replied. I asked for a replacement which they sent as soon as the Chinese New Year celebration was over. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.

  2. Fret slotting blade came quickly and was packaged poorly in only a bubble mailer. This caused the blade to be out of true. The run out was .025" meaning fret slots are twice the width they need to be. Took me a while to true up the blade enough to use. Otherwise very sharp and seems well ground, too bad poor packing let it down. Could have been excellent but instead left me annoyed and frustrated. The value is there over the name brand but you have to put some work into it.
