Post office put these in the wrong bin. Got sent back to seller. Seller went the extra mile seeking and finding answers and making sure they re-shipped properly. I was blaming the seller for the error. I felt terrible about that and gave him/her a well deserved apology. This seller is excellent! Great communication. Fast shipping in a tiny perfect package. Pros: 👍 Packaging was good. 👍 Item is as described (used) without damage. No discoloration, no stains, no funky smells. Cons: 👎 Product is dusty and has a lot of what I assume animal hairs on it. 👎 Delivery was ~4 weeks late. Seller was unresponsive, I had to involve e-bay. And still I paid $6 for shipping. Summary: This is a trusted seller with high ratings, but I'll keep my expectations significantly low if I order form them again.
Seller offered a good price for a quality hoodie. Item was described well with several good, clear photos, and arrived in great condition. It was packaged well and shipping cost was reasonable, too. Over all, a great buying experience!
