The seller let me know that the original boxes of my item got damaged at their warehouse, but that the items themselves were still in good condition, and showed me pictures. I agreed to still have them send me the items rather than the refund they offered me, since I was going to open the boxes anyway and dispose of them. All in all, the packages came well-packed as promised, and I got what I wanted.

Took a couple of weeks to arrive which is expected from a Chinese seller. Box was squashed but the figure was thankfully fine. The shipping box wasn't damaged so the item was shipped like this - not an issue for me but worth consideration for collectors.
