  1. The book arrived today, and I am not pleased. It was shipped in nothing but a plastic bag - no protection whatsoever. One of the corners is pretty well bent as a result. Also, there is an inventory label on the front cover and spine that was not present in the pictures, and it is not coming off. Caveat emptor, I suppose, so I guess I don't have reason to leave a negative review, but I definitely will not be doing business with this seller again.
