This was an incredibly professional transaction. Seller described the item accurately and even pointed out that the material wasn’t consistent with my vehicle VIN. I went ahead anyway. Delivery was fast, incredibly well packed and exactly as described. Unfortunately there was a mechanical issue that didn’t show up in the photos (not seller’s fault). They processed the return and refund quickly and even found a similar item in their inventory that would work. Great job! Noma is the best!
I had a great experience with Noma Auto Parts on the purchase of a nav/climate display screen for my Jaguar F Type. After I placed my order, they contacted me to confirm fit with my cars VIN. Part was shipped quickly and was packaged great and was in “like new” condition. The part was exactly as pictured and described and was an excellent value (I shopped around and this was the best part I could find for the price paid). Installed the display today and it works and looks great!
Couldn't be more delighted with this transaction. Great comms with the seller, who kindly offered a discount. Lightening fast despatch and shipping and an item that exceed my expectations. Very well packed and unexpectedly degreased too which was very much appreciated. This 20 year old item had the merest traces of surface rust which to a UK buyer is almost unbelievable.
