The game came wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard, and there didn't seem to be any damage on the jewel case when I removed it from the packaging. Both discs are present inside the jewel case and have no visible damage on them, and it came complete with the manual as advertised. The inserts appear to be spotless (I would be worried if anything got in there). I was very happy to find a domestic seller of Japanese region PS1 games!
Item was shipped quickly (arrived late due to USPS temporarily losing the package and sending it all over the country haha). Controllers as described and in working order, I recommend this seller.
