  1. FedEx messed up the original delivery on 3.31(as usual) by leaving it at the wrong address. They said the tracking number from ebay didn't match my name/address. I contacted the seller twice with the photo of the package at a house that isn't mine. No reply. They DID however rectify the situation. I received the package today via UPS. I'm not 100% sure where the misstep happened so I don't want to fault the seller as they came through tho lack of response seems to be an ongoing issue with them.

  2. A+ Seller! Great item at a fair price. Smooth and courteous transaction. The problem was with FedEx shipping. Never received package. I was notified that the package was delivered, but photo was not of my front porch. Called FedEx and was told that package was not addressed to me. Unsuccessfully tried to contact seller on ebay. This was the last type of this item offered by the seller so the Contact Seller option was inactive. At this point I don't have my item or my money.

  3. Seller did everything right - perfect price on albums for my project and quick shipping date! HOWEVER, FedEx did everything WRONG! DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO DELIVER MY ALBUMS! Seller should NOT have been required to issue me a refund. I know of someone who's company is having problems with FedEx deliveries. The seller and I are paying for FedEx's poor service. NO FedEx!
