Drive arrived very quickly & appeared as described, however it wouldn't work in the device I wanted it for; advised seller & they immediately offered a refund. Having tried another drive & got the same problem, I then did more testing & think it was actually the device I was wanting the drive for that was causing the problem, so probably not the seller's problem at all (although it did sound like the noises it was making on statrup were 'wrong', so I can't be sure) - either way, it didn't matter
Monitor arrived in prefect condition being packaged well to help protect the screen, offer great quality and value for the money and were even shipped the item back out again after it was sent back to sender by Royal Mail.
