There was an ongoing problem with shipping and delivery. I fully believe the problem lies with USPS. They have become the worst. This seller is not at fault we had good communication they were kind and polite. A refund was issued so I am happy with that. USPS absolutely sucks. This is a good seller.
Tool is ok. Case is cheap. Case was already broke when I opened the box. Listing said it was shipping from KY. But it shipped from CA. Took a while to get. Don't order if your in a hurry.
