My item was broken when it arrived. I had no problems when I requested a return with pictures of the broken item. I received a full refund without sending it back. While I was disappointed that my item was broken, I understand that happens. Having such an easy refund was great. I would buy from this seller again. Maybe next time they can wrap it up a little more.
