  2. Love love love it!! Don't be fooled by the seller not having many pictures because the bag was exactly what it said it was and the price was fantastic!! I'm so in love with this bag because I had to have back surgery and my other backpack hit too low and I couldn't make it go up higher. This one's soft and way more adjustable. It was perfect and was shipped very quickly!

  3. willing to work with me on a lower bid however the package was exposed in bubble wrap--just a label attached to the bubble wrap-no box or envelope--odd delivery method as I had to pay for shipping which was almost a third of the selling price and very easily could have been misplaced or stolen since product clearly exposed
