The item was returned to the seller because of the carrier used to deliver. Amazon Logistics and something called Zinc do not understand anything about rural mailboxes. Until that is fixed and/or more sellers use USPS Advantage for customers having rural mailboxes, this will continue to be ongoing problem. In this case the seller had received the returned package and gave me a full refund. The seller was quick to respond to my request for a full refund.
The picture is large, not heavy and very beautiful. The only complaint I have is how it was shipped. It came in a very large Amazon box way too big for the item. It was only wrapped in a thin bubble wrapper and the box was poorly taped on the outside so much that there was a long gap between the tape and opening of the box. Poorly packed. Otherwise happy with this item.
