Got as a gift, and they LOVED it. There was a minor issue with shipping that was the delivery persons fault for sure, but they were kind enough to offer a small refund and that made me happy. It looks awesome, and the quality of the sweatshirt is definitely worth the money. The condition is good, would’ve been perfect had it not been for careless shipping employees. They took care of me when they didn’t have to. I wasn’t exactly rude, but I wouldn’t say I was nice either, so I appreciate it!
Shipping: Was very quick did not take long to arrive once shipped. Packaging: was good, was packed in a regular shipping bag that had no damage. Value: Worth what I paid for was as described, nothing wrong with the item once received. Overall: If anymore shirts/jackets that are my size become available with this seller, I plan to purchase more items.
I had the item I ordered delivered incorrectly by USPS but this seller stayed cool under pressure and provided me with proof that item was mailed and delivered.
