Positive recommendation. Only complaint would be that shipping cost was not included in the price of the item, as it should be. Not entirely the seller's fault due to how eBay's pricing system works. Ideally, fees like shipping and taxes should be included, not tacked on afterward. Again, not seller's fault.

Shipping came in due time. Packaging came in plastic shipping bag white , black, or decorative. As described per listing, always is. Value is a bit pricey but it's name brand. Cute perfect for Winter though.
