The seller himself didn't know the piece was missing and issued a full refund. He was easy to work with and I have no problem buying from him in the near future. Honesty means a lot to me, and being professional. I can't rate the item because it's non-useable, but by ratings, it appears to be very good.

  3. Unit came quickly, shipped well packaged in original materials. Item, did arrive malfunctioning - through no fault of his as he didn't use it. Had a hidden stress fracture. Refund took all of 10 minutes. Would absolutely do business again with this seller even though the unit was secretly broken. Again, no fault of his and he went out of his way to make it right so fast I didn't even have to ask.
