They are always as described/pictured & some are so clean they look barely worn. I've never been disappointed by any bag from this seller & prices are the best on eBay. I get better service from her than I would at a store. I feel very comfortable e-mailing her to ask about a bag & responds quickly. I haven’t been to a store to buy a handbag.
