The biggest deal was the way everything was packaged. Each plate was individually wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, then all were secured in a heavy duty box. We actually witnessed the carrier trip on our front porch steps, causing the large box to drop hard and bounce several times. All plates remained unbroken.
