The ring was packed very well and arrived only a day late, but that was probably because of the 3 distribution warehouses that went to here in Arizona. I’m extremely happy with the value. The items that I received have no Kendra Scott markings. I contacted seller and she was willing to offer a refund upon return or partial refund to keep them. They are very attractive, just not as advertised. I agreed to keep them. She was very generous in her refund. Very positive transaction
