Shipped quickly, proper part, condition was better than expected (like new and very clean). I'm very pleased with the seller. Unfortunately, USPS took 5 days to deliver a Priority Mail package from Michigan to Maryland, mainly because it sat in a USPS warehouse in NJ from May 8-12. All the while I was getting daily updates that the package was "In transit to next facility". USPS loses track of a package, and then simply lies -- excuse me, "offers alternate facts". Govt. services in Trump era!
This seller was outstanding! We received a bin for our Refrigerator that is different from the picture so it did not fit. I reached out to the seller who immediately acknowledged the issue and corrected it. The correct bin arrived just a few days later. It's not the absence of problems that indicates hiw good a company is, but how those problems are responded to that determines a company's integrity. I had one heck of a time trying to figure out what the right shelf was my Samsung.Refrigerator. But I contact these guys and the only one it was the serial number and the next thing you know my package shows up fairly priced, Packed properly shipped quickly and arrived intact. Great vendor I hope we can do business again because I need another shelf and I can't figure out which one it is... again hahaha I hope these guys contact me after reading this.
