  1. 1st shipment of filters was in a paper bag. Arrived destroyed. Seller offered to re-send express. Waited another week. This time the box was half destroyed but the filters are acceptable. Seller really needs to contact who they ship through. I have never rec'd packages in such a mess.

  2. I had to return the item I ordered. It was not accurate. And would not fit my refrigerator. The picture was not what was sent. The seller was very cooperative. He sent a label for return and refunded the money to my account. I am appreciative. This was an honest mistake.

  3. Slow shipping, and when smoke detectors arrived it was only one 3-pack instead of 3. Contacted seller and they sent the remainder of the order. Better than neutral, but not quite the greatest attention to detail.
