I guess I got pretty good value for what I spent. It was a brand new unit. It was well packed and not banged up when it arrived. I bought it late in the season. I wish I had bought it months ago. This time of the year, I only run it a couple hours a day, if that much. It is doing a wonderful job. I would probably buy it again. My only complaint is, I think it was advertised to arrive several days sooner than it did, but maybe I'm wrong about that.
The dehumidifier is as described and was packaged well. It arrived when promised. I just plugged it in last night, so I can't really comment on it's performance as yet, but it is quiet (which was important to me as I have it in my large walk in closet).
I couldn’t believe it came in a small package. Once we opened it it was just as expected! 14” inches thick!
