Best packaging I have ever, ever had from a seller! Seriously, I was shocked. I bought a couple of eyeshadows and they were in a nice little box with tons of bubble wrap and put into another box with more bubble wrap. I am very impressed with the seller’s level of care, absolutely five stars. The eyeshadows are beautiful and just as described, very happy thank you
The seller was very good, but the bottle arrived damaged with a broken pump. Ebay was impossible to get a hold of or to start a return. Dont know if I would deal with them anymore. No customer service. Requiring pictures for a return, but that part of the website doesnt work and when you call I always got a recording - "outside of their business hours"
Quality was excellent, condition was excellent as described, the value was above average, the appearance was a better than the pictures = excellent. Packaging and shipping was also excellent. Arrived ahead of time.. I intend to do business with the seller again.
