Item arrived with the little handle that opens the door for clean out separated from the house. Probably happened in shipping, but item was packed very well. Seller offered a shipping return label and to refund my purchase, but there wasn’t another replacement on her selling page. I decided to keep the squirrel house and glue the handle back on myself. Great communication from seller. Item was packed well.
