  2. Actually....the wheel was not what I expected going from the description & communication to the Vendor was made prior to shipping. The Vendor advised me that it had to be attempted for delivery & rejected in order for the refund process to be initiated. Once the item was returned & received back by the Vendor, they refunded my funds as paid.
