It took me a month, to open up the package, faucet, when I did, I emailed the seller that what was in the package was not as described. Whomever sold it to him, put it into the box. Made it look unopened. Took photos of the item, asked for a refund. Word of caution, any Ebay, item received, from anyone, should be opened and inspected. First time for me. This vendor made is right and refunded my money. After this experience I would buy from him again.
Transaction went smooth shipping quick. No picture of actual item, I went off part number which was for a European Plate size not US. Mistake was mine, unfortunately no returns
