The sewing machine is just as described. Packed very well. The sale went real smooth and seller shipped my order on time, but the post officed lost or delayed my packaged. IT WAS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT! After the packed was mail the seller does not have any control of the packages. It stuck in Kansas for a week and I finally received it today. The machine is in excellent condition. I love it and its just what I was wanting to take back and forth to my sewing group. I highly rate this seller

I’m very happy with my purchase. Shipping was very fast and the mixer was very well packaged. Some grease had settled during shipment but that’s to be expected. Otherwise the mixer matched the photos and listing. Overall a positive experience.
