I haven’t seen the item myself, but my son received it and said it was great and all there. It was purchased as new in an opened box and matched the pictures the seller had posted. All communication was courteous and thorough. They were very patient with me. It took me a while to realize I needed to process the transaction differently if I wanted to change the ship-to address, so they had to cancel and re-list the item twice before I finally was successful. Great seller!

Item arrived as described, in excellent condition. It was packed very well, as this was a concern i had with buying glass bowls. The value compared to other sellers is similar. The item took a couple of days to make movement in the beginning, but after it arrived at the post office the item arrived very quickly and a day before expected.
