Very strange shipping experience. I received the item I ordered, but not with the same carrier service as was provided by the seller. In other words, it got shipped and delivered with USPS instead of UPS. The tracking number provided by seller, got delivered to another address in the same city as me, so even more bizarre there.
This item works out very well for our little dog. It puts her up high enough where she can see out. I let her get used to it in the house beforehand so she was comfortable getting into it once in the car. Highly recommend, easy to assemble.
