The item, which arrived quickly by UPS, was packaged in a box with plenty of bubble wrap and a fragile/handle with care sticker. The My First Barbie Deluxe Fashion Gift Set is as described and photographed, except the box seemed to have more wear-and-tear than I could discern from the photographs. However, the seller had posted many clear pictures of the item at various angles. I unboxed the doll, and she and her clothes are new as listed. I like that she has several sets of outfits.

The packaging was the best I have seen. It was wrapped with three levels of protection for each mug and then excellent insulation in the shipping box.
