The seller was very quick to respond and sent the package immediately in original packaging. This is my first time using eBay so I depended on the seller’s definitions of “expedited”. They used USPS. I needed the part right away. It was delayed and then I couldn’t track it. It took nearly 10 days to receive. Very inconvenient. If you need the part from this seller, insist they send it FedEx. I would have paid for that. I didn’t know how to request it. Part did arrive and was as described.
I ordered this appliance part in mid-May, and it was shipped out quickly. I was able to track the progress- for a while and that stopped. Somehow, the package was apparently out of the tracking system. In order to locate it, I needed information from the seller for the case I'd opened with USPS. I received the information quickly and easily and it arrived soon after. It was well packaged, and in great shape at a great price! This seller cares, that's a big deal! I was impressed!
I would have liked to have seen the part packed a little bit better since it was an electronic circuit board- perhaps packed in an anti-static bag with foam padding, and not just wrapped in paper and stuck in a box. However, the part arrived in pristine shape and worked great so it's all good! Part arrived from east coast to west coast in about a week. Part was exactly the very same part as pictured, right down to the mfg. date and S/N. I'm very happy!
