  1. This seller is a drop shipper so has no control over the actual item's quality, location or ship time. First delivery was the wrong item, 2nd was a busted open box, missing items, but rest showed up. Packing was very poor. Took almost 3 weeks to get my order and never received the missing pack of tape. Communication was ok but could have been better. Overall, I will never buy from an eBay drop ship seller again.

  2. Ordered a tool. The status changed to shipped then a few days later I received a message that the tool was damaged I guess on the way to them. I was refunded. But I was waiting on the tool for a project and it really set me back and cost me more than double what the tool was originally. I should have just bought from a company myself. Like I said I did get a refund. I would just be careful.
