I had to contact the seller for one item arriving broken, but they refunded the amount of the item and 1/2 the shipping costs, so I have no complaints. The glass was as described by the seller. It arrived in perfect condition for not having any stuffing inside the glass. However, the glass was very well wrapped around the outside and snuggly packaged. It was delivered within reasonable time. I’d recommend this buying from this seller. 🙂
