Unit powers on and seems to function. The speed control works but barely it takes alot of pressure to move it. The lock/unlock doesnt work. Motor doesnt sound to bad. Maybe a little loud. Ive tried wiping it down multiple times and it doesnt seem to help. The silver ring has fallen off
