The tuner was well-packaged for shipping. It arrived with no visible damage, although the box was damaged. Luckily all the bubble wrap securely protected the tuner. The tuner was exactly as described, the price was very good, however, the shipping was somewhat slow thanks to the USPS. Still, I am very happy with this item, which I am listening to as I write this feedback. Thank you Seller - good job.
