This vendor did a great job communicating about shipment. They also purchased insurance which I had to use since 2 of the 12 plates were broken when the package arrived. The corner of the package was damaged where the plates broke. The vendor had done a really good job of protecting the plates, but a direct hit was too much. I have been issued a credit for the two broken plates. Pleasant response and help from vendor when I contacted them about the damage. I would buy from them again.
Great shipping and arrived sooner than I thought it would. The packaging was great and the China arrived safely and look absolutely wonderful. Was just a pictured and described in the listing.
