I never received a response to my question, but ordered the part anyway thinking I could return it if necessary, but it worked! I understand people get busy and don't have time to read all their messages. I understand this. So I have nothing but good things to say about this seller! The price was more than reasonable. The part was original equipment and in excellent condition and high quality. In the original packaging.
Excellent product, new as described. Best value, low cost provider. Reasonably fast shipping. However, Packaging was insufficient loosely covered in cardboard and in a plastic mailer instead of a box so it was delivered with the part having poked a hole in package, which was disconcerting to see. Fortunately as part was metal it was not functionally damaged, the Stove burner works like new!
The seller has been awesome to deal with. The USPS lost this item no fault of the seller and I canceled the transaction due to a very long wait. A few days after canceling it arrived at my door. I contacted the seller to arrange payment and I was told to just keep the item. I will do business in the future with them again. Thank you!!
